Invisalign®
Misaligned teeth can affect how you smile, clean your teeth, and feel.
Invisalign® clear aligners straighten teeth discreetly and predictably, without disrupting daily life.
- What is invisalign®
The discreet way to straighten teeth
Invisalign® is a system of near-invisible, removable clear aligners that straighten teeth without fixed braces. Each set is custom-made from a digital 3D scan and worn in sequence to gently move teeth.
You take them out to eat, drink, and brush, and wear them for 20–22 hours a day. Treatment time varies with your goals and case complexity.
- How it works
Scan. Plan. Align.
1.Digital assessment and personalised smile plan
3D scan and photos (no messy impressions) to map your teeth and preview results.
2.Series of bespoke aligners changed every 1–2 weeks
Wear 20–22 hours a day; remove to eat and brush. Attachments may be used for precision.
3.Regular check-ins with Dr Monika
Short reviews—often every 6–8 weeks—to keep treatment on track and refine if needed.
4.Retainers to keep your new smile in place
Custom retainers (typically nights) and simple aftercare to maintain results long term.

Why choose Invisalign®?
Discreet
Clear, near-invisible aligners let you straighten your teeth without drawing attention. Most people won’t notice you’re in treatment, even in photos or at work.
Removable for cleaning and eating
Take aligners out for meals, hot drinks and brushing. No food lists or tricky flossing around brackets, just your normal hygiene routine to keep gums healthy.
Comfortable, custom-fit
Smooth, custom-trimmed edges reduce rubbing and ulcers. With no wires to tighten, there are typically fewer emergencies and less day-to-day irritation.
Digitally planned, predictable move
3D planning maps each step before you start, so you can preview likely results and timelines. Precision features (like small tooth-coloured attachments) help guide teeth reliably.
Fewers disruptions to your smile
Short check-ins, often every 6–8 weeks, with virtual options, keep things on track while fitting around busy diaries and travel.
- What Invisalign® can correct
What Invisalign® can help with
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to implants. Every smile is different, and so is every solution. I offer a range of treatment options depending on what you need — from a single missing tooth to full smile restoration. Everything is planned carefully, with your comfort, goals, and long-term results in mind.
Crowded teeth
When teeth overlap, they’re harder to clean and can look uneven.
- Levels and aligns crowded teeth
- May use small attachments or gentle enamel polishing
- Suits mild-moderate cases
Gaps
Spaces between teeth can trap food and affect your smile line.
- Closes single or multiple spaces (incl. midline gaps)
- Helps protect gums by bringing teeth into contact
- Retainers prevent spaces reopening
Underbite
Lower front teeth sit ahead of the uppers. Invisalign can correct many dental underbites.
- Improves chewing and front-to-back bite
- Often paired with elastics for precision
- Complex skeletal cases may need braces or surgery
Overbite
Upper front teeth overlap the lowers more than ideal.
- Improves tooth wear and gum contact on lowers
- Refines smile aesthetics and lip support
- Elastics may be used for added control
Open bite
Front teeth don’t meet, making biting into foods tricky and affecting speech for some.
- Encourages front teeth to meet (bite closure)
- Improves function for foods like apples or sandwiches
- Severe skeletal open bites may need combined care
Crossbite
Some upper teeth bite inside the lowers, risking chips and gum recession.
- Moves selected teeth to the correct side of the bite
- Reduces uneven wear and chipping
- Attachments/precision cuts may be used
Thank you for the excellent care, fun and fabulous new teeth you have given me. Whoever thought dental treatment could be a pleasure? You were both so positive, supportive and reassuring throughout my treatment that I didn’t feel anxious or frightened.

Is Invisalign® right for you?
Invisalign® suits many adults and teens looking for a low-key, removable way to straighten teeth. It’s effective for crowding, spacing and many bite concerns, and is especially useful if your teeth have shifted after previous braces.
A good match if you:
- Have healthy teeth and gums (or are happy to treat issues first).
- Can wear aligners 20–22 hours a day and change them every 1–2 weeks.
- Are comfortable with small tooth-coloured attachments and night-time retainers after treatment.
- Prefer removable trays for eating, drinking and brushing.
- Can attend brief check-ins (in person or virtual).
May not be ideal if:
- You have severe bite or jaw discrepancies that may need fixed braces or surgery.
- There’s active tooth decay or gum disease (these must be treated first).
- You’re unlikely to keep aligners in for the required hours.
- You need movements that are better handled with fixed appliances (we’ll advise at consult).
