Hello, I'm Dr Monika!
I qualified as a dentist in 2003 and have trained extensively in the UK since then. Alongside my general practice work, I developed a strong focus on restorative dentistry, completing a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. My passion for precision and learning led me to further specialise in implants, gaining a Certificate in Implant Dentistry in 2018 and completing advanced training in Brazil for complex cases. Today, I work across multiple practices, accepting implant referrals and mentoring other dentists who want to build their confidence and skills in this field. I believe in honest, clear communication—especially with nervous patients—and I genuinely love what I do.

Recently had my second implant fitted here, which is my regular dental practice that I have been with for a few years now. I do not notice my first implant now, it feels just like a regular tooth. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease. Implant very cost competitive and payable in stages which is a bonus. It was a very straightforward process. The implant is a good match which is important as it is a front tooth, and it feels a good fit and comfortable. Everything went well. Will definitely continue with this practice. Very satisfactory.
Had implant completed 3 weeks ago. Perfect fit immediately, totally comfortable and secure, so much better than a crown! The team led by Monika gave me confidence and great care and I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I am over 70 yrs so had a little hesitancy deciding to have the procedure, but am so pleased with the result. The technology to me is amazing, old style dentistry… fillings and crowns etc. seem primitive in comparison.
Firstly, my treatment for my implant dental surgery was quite a long process. This was discussed with my own dentist who explained the process, which then took me on to further discuss with a specialist in root canal surgery. This consultation led me on to speak with my consultant dental surgeon Ms Monika Jaidka.
Monika explained the full process and once I discussed the whole procedure I was able to make my decision to go ahead with confidence.
